IFAE 국제순수미술교류회 정관

본회의 원활한 운영과 창작 활동을 위한 공식 회칙입니다

제1장 Chapter 1

총칙 (General Provisions)

제1조 (명칭) 본회는 'IFAE 국제순수미술교류회'라 칭한다. 영문으로는 'International Fine Art Exchange Association'이라 칭한다.
Article 1 (Name) The name of this association shall be 'IFAE', International Fine Art Exchange Association.
제2조 (소재지) 본회의 본부는 서울특별시에 둔다.
Article 2 (Location) The headquarters of this association shall be located in Seoul, South Korea.
제3조 (목적) 본회는 미술의 향상 발전을 도모하고 미술의 국제적 교류와 미술가 상호 간의 화합 및 협조를 목적으로 한다.
Article 3 (Purpose) The purpose of this association is to promote the improvement and development of art, international exchange of art, and harmony and cooperation among artists.
제2장 Chapter 2

회원 및 임원 (Membership & Executives)

제1조 (회원의 종류) 본회의 회원은 정회원으로 한다.
Article 1 (Types of Members) Members of this association shall be regular members.
제2조 (회원 자격) 임원회의 승인을 받아 회원가입 신청서와 입회비를 납부한 자로 한다. 단, 명예 회원은 사회 각계 인사 중 본회 발전에 공헌할 수 있는 자로서 임원회에서 추대한 자로 한다.
Article 2 (Qualifications) Those who have paid the admission fee with the approval of the executive committee. Honorary members are appointed by the committee among those who contribute to the development of the association.
제3조 (회원의 명분과 의무) 회원의 명분은 꾸준한 작품 활동과 전시 참여, 공식 홈페이지(ifae.kr)를 통한 작품 등재, 그리고 회원 간의 교류와 화합에 있다. 본회 매년 정기전에 의무적으로 참여하여야 한다.
Article 3 (Duties and Justification) The primary duty and justification of a member is consistent artwork creation, exhibition participation, registering artworks on the official website (ifae.kr), and fostering exchange and harmony. Members must participate in regular annual exhibitions.
제4조 (회원의 회비) 매년 정기전 참여 시 전시 회비를 납부한다. 단, 사무국장과 기획실장의 회비는 면제된다.
Article 4 (Dues) Members must pay exhibition dues when participating in regular exhibitions. The Secretary General and Planning Director are exempt.
제5조 (자격 상실) 2년 이상 정기전 미참여 시 정회원 자격이 상실된다.
Article 5 (Loss of Qualification) Membership is lost if not participating in regular exhibitions for more than 2 years.
제6조 (임원 및 위원회) 본회의 임원은 회장 1명, 부회장 1명, 사무국장 1명, 기획실장 1명, 운영위원 4명으로 둔다.
Article 6 (Executives) Executives include 1 President, 1 Vice President, 1 Secretary General, 1 Planning Director, and 4 Steering Committee members.
제7조 (고문 및 자문) 상임고문 1명, 자문위원 1명, 북미회장 1명, 국제위원 1명을 둔다.
Article 7 (Advisors) 1 Chief Advisor, 1 Advisory Committee member, 1 North America President, and 1 International Committee member.
제3장 Chapter 3

재정 (Finance)

제1조 (총수입) 본회는 회비, 입회비, 찬조금, 전시 당번 미참여 벌금, 기타 수입으로 그 지출을 충당한다.
Article 1 (Income) Income is covered by dues, admission fees, donations, fines for missing exhibition duty, and other revenues.
제4장 Chapter 4

회의 및 지출 (Meetings & Expenses)

회의 (임원회 소집) 본회 임원회는 차기 연도 정기전에 대한 계획 및 결산안 의결 시, 회장이 필요하다고 인정할 시, 혹은 임원 2인 이상 요구 시 회장이 소집한다.
Meetings: The executive committee is convened by the President for planning, settlement, or when requested by 2 or more executives.
지출 원칙 본회 운영을 위한 오프닝 식대, 서류대, 우편물 발송비 등 기본 비용은 회비에서 지출한다. 해외전의 경우 발생하는 경비의 일부를 회비에서 지출할 수 있다.
Expenses: Basic operational costs (opening meals, mailing, documents) are covered by dues. Partial coverage may apply to overseas exhibitions.
제5장 Chapter 5

회계 및 기타 (Accounting & Others)

회계 연도 및 결산 본회의 회계연도는 매년 정기전을 기준으로 1년으로 하며, 정기전 종료 후 결산서를 작성하여 공지한다.
Accounting: The fiscal year is 1 year based on the regular exhibition. Settlement is announced after the exhibition.
경조사 공개 원칙 개인전이나 전시에 관한 내용만 단체에 공개할 수 있으며, 그 외 사적인 경조사는 본인과 배우자에 한해서만 공개하는 것을 원칙으로 한다.
Notices: Only exhibition-related news may be shared with the group. Private matters are restricted to oneself and spouse.
